WOW! Even though Jarred didn't represent us directly, he was so amazingly helpful - he was quick to respond, very knowledgeable and consistently went the extra mile to get us access to the unit whenever we needed it during the purchase. I am usually very wary of realtors, but Jarred was such a lovely breath of fresh air. As someone that often works with real estate professionals, I definitely considered Jarred to be one of the most competent, patient and compassionate individuals I've had the pleasure of working with. Jarred was a huge help and very knowledgeable during my experience as a first time home buyer. He was very good about not pushing and letting me form my own opinions about a place, but offered very good advice and a good perspective of the city when asked. I was moving from out of province and had limited time to look at places and Jarred was great about getting a good selection and organizing the viewings. When I was ready to make an offer he was also fantastic in helping me through the steps and helping organize things I couldn't since I was out of town, like the inspection and so on.
