Jarred was a huge help and very knowledgeable during my experience as a first time home buyer. He was very good about not pushing and letting me form my own opinions about a place, but offered very good advice and a good perspective of the city when asked. I was moving from out of province and had limited time to look at places and Jarred was great about getting a good selection and organizing the viewings. When I was ready to make an offer he was also fantastic in helping me through the steps and helping organize things I couldn't since I was out of town, like the inspection and so on. I highly recommend Jarred to anyone looking for a realtor and will be using him in the future if I decide to move again. :)
